Fairway Weekend Return & Cancellation Policy

At Fairway Weekend, we provide personalized golf travel planning and coordination services. Because our services involve dedicated planning time, research, reservations, and trip coordination, all purchases are subject to the following policy.

Service Fees

Fairway Weekend service fees are non-refundable once trip planning services have begun.

By purchasing a Fairway Weekend package, you acknowledge that our team immediately begins allocating time and resources toward planning and coordinating your experience.

Cancellation Requests

Clients may request to cancel their planning service within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided no planning work or reservation coordination has begun.

After 24 hours, all payments are non-refundable.

Third-Party Reservations

Golf tee times, lodging reservations, transportation bookings, restaurant reservations, and other third-party services are subject to the cancellation policies of the individual provider.

Fairway Weekend is not responsible for refunds, cancellations, weather issues, course closures, travel disruptions, or policy changes related to third-party vendors or venues.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for reviewing all reservation details, travel requirements, payment deadlines, and cancellation policies associated with their trip.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing our services, clients agree to first contact Fairway Weekend directly to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
